While we don't operate a walk-in studio, all of our work is done on-location—bringing the full experience to your school, studio, or team, wherever you are.

📅 Booking & Cancellation Policy

We know things come up—but because our schedule fills quickly, we handle bookings on a first-come, first-served basis. Your date is secured only once we receive a signed service agreement.

If you need to cancel, we simply ask that you notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled date may affect future booking eligibility due to the difficulty of rescheduling on short notice.

We don’t require a financial retainer for most volume sessions—just clear communication and a mutual commitment to making photo day a success.

Payment Options
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as secure digital payments via PayPal, Venmo, or Apple Pay. Cash and checks are accepted for select sessions and pre-approved events.
